A
Records Review includes a review of school records, school-related
assessment data and
reports, Individualized Education Program (IEP) documents. The evaluator
will provide a verbal
and written report to the referring school or family.
Consultations with Educational Staff:
Evaluators will meet with school personnel at Committee
on Special Education (CSE), pre-CSE meetings or other events to discuss
and interpret
assessment results and make recommendations for educational interventions.
Educational Trainings:
Evaluators and faculty members are available to conduct educational
trainings in the areas of autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities,
literacy, and speech
and language.
These educational evaluations and services are provided
by the faculty and staff of the School
of Education. In some cases, graduate students may participate in the
process under the direct
supervision of the faculty supervisor. The Center offers reasonable rates
for services. Special
fee schedules are available for qualified applicants. Free, convenient
parking is provided.
