Career Interests

My primary research interests lie in the fields of glacial geology, paleoclimatology, and geomorphology.  I use cosmogenic dating techniques to determine the age of glacial deposits, which allows me to establish the timing of glacial advances and to infer the nature of associated climatic changes.  I am currently investigating the long-term record of glaciation and climate change at the southern end of the Cordillera Blanca in the Peruvian Andes.
