Faculty The faculty operate as a team, guided by consensus and cooperation. All operations are student-centered. Courses are demanding and are taught with an emphasis on student participation via role-plays, class participations, and writing. Faculty in the department support the professional development of each other. Although publication is not "required" by The College, members of the department support efforts toward writing and speaking in publications and at events related to the field. The College supports these types of activities through professional development funds, reassigned time, and grants. Teaching load is 12 credits per semester. |
